A single-color exterior done right: black board-and-batten gables over black lap walls on a new farmhouse outside Deer Park, with new black-framed windows flashed and trimmed in the same finish, and a vaulted covered patio wrapped to match so the whole envelope reads as one piece.
Dark exteriors are unforgiving, so this one ran on discipline: every course snapped to a story pole, fastener heads color-matched, and cut ends sealed with manufacturer touch-up only, never field paint. A crew of three took it from housewrap to finished in sixteen working days, including the vaulted patio ceiling, and the black gutters and downspouts were hung last so the whole envelope reads as one uninterrupted finish.
Like every Domex project, this one ran on a written, line-item proposal, was installed by our own licensed crews in Washington and Idaho, and is backed by our 12-month workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties on every product we installed.
