1 / 3Liberty Lake, WA 99019
Complete exterior on a two-story in a Liberty Lake development: white lap and board-and-batten with cedar-tone garage doors, plus an elevated rear deck with black aluminum railing over the patio, tied into the paver hardscape below.
Siding came first and the deck second, so the ledger flashing laps correctly under the weather barrier instead of being caulked over it. The elevated deck's railing posts are through-bolted to doubled rim joists, the composite field is picture-framed with hidden fasteners, and the Hardie walls were blind-nailed to spec with joints landing on studs, then verified during the builder's third-party inspection.
Like every Domex project, this one ran on a written, line-item proposal, was installed by our own licensed crews in Washington and Idaho, and is backed by our 12-month workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties on every product we installed.
