How We Built It
Builder work is its own discipline: one spec sheet, one crew, zero improvisation. The shell went from housewrap to paint-ready in ten working days, with story-pole layout keeping every lap course honest across the elevations, joints landing on studs, and all penetrations flashed before cladding, which is exactly what a builder needs to keep a schedule intact.
