A full exterior package on a custom lodge in the timber outside Athol: dark-bronze board-and-batten and lap siding, a cedar-wrapped outdoor room off the great room, new black-framed windows throughout, and folding glass walls that open the whole back of the house to the meadow.

How We Built It
Our four-man crew hung roughly 4,800 square feet of ColorPlus-finished James Hardie over a fully taped weather-resistive barrier, using color-matched fasteners and rainscreen furring on the weather-facing walls. The cedar outdoor room was templated on site so the tongue-and-groove ceiling dies into the siding cleanly, with no visible transition trim, and every batten line was snapped to a story pole so the spacing carries uninterrupted around all four elevations.

- Color-matched trim, fascia, and soffit throughout
- Andersen 100 Series black-framed windows and folding glass wall units, flashed into the weather barrier and trimmed
