How We Built It
Infill lots test logistics more than craft: material was staged in the alley and carried through, scaffold legs sat inside the property line, and the neighbor's fence was protected the whole run. The Hardie went up blind-nailed to the manufacturer's ESR listing with joints on studs and flashed penetrations, delivered primed and paint-ready so the builder's painter could follow immediately.
